As the apartment is the holiday house of the owners special attention has been given to detail: good quality cotton linen and towels, complete kitchenware, table set of Vista Alegre china, television set (English / International channels) DVD and CD player, a choice of books and some family games. First aid box and fire blanket are available.

The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other room two single beds.
Both have built-in wardrobes and the second bathroom has a shower.

Windows and balcony open on to a beautiful park with a children's playground.

Guests have access to the Marina Club that offers a fantastic swimming pool. Its shape, fountains and palm tree island grant it a unique character.

A reserved area for youngsters is available.

The Spa offers all the necessary facilities to relax and stay in good shape, including a fitness room, sauna and large jacuzzi (access to the SPA not included in the price).
